  • Mechanical Design Engineer

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the appearance, structural design, component selection and assembly process optimization of existing models of equipment;
    2. Responsible for the structural innovation and design of new automation equipment products to ensure the rationality, reliability and novelty of the new product structure ;
    3. Responsible for debugging, operation maintenance and performance optimization at all stages of product development, and solving technical problems that arise from prototype to mass production;
    4. Responsible for writing various technical documents related to the new product development process to ensure that process control documents comply with R&D control process and related quality management standards;
    5. Responsible for technical communication and quality supervision of design and processing with outsourcing manufacturers, selection of standard parts and follow-up of processing and manufacturing of non-standard parts;
    6. Responsible for communication with customers , Go to the customer site to confirm relevant technical needs and problems, and provide product solutions to customers;

    job requirements:

    1. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years of work experience, mechanical design and other related majors are preferred;
    2. Can independently undertake development projects, with experience in the development of automation equipment or non-standard equipment products is preferred;
    3. Have the required skills for product design and modeling 3D composition ability, independently complete the mechanical design of automation equipment;
    4. Proficient in mechanical parts, structural design and processing technology, familiar with pneumatic system, hydraulic system design and application;
    5. Proficient in Solidworks/Creo, CAD/CAXA and other drawing software, design 3D
    6. Familiar with finite element software such as ANSYS or Abaqus, able to analyze key components;
    7. Familiar with the common forms of transmission, sealing, connection and fastening of mechanical structures. Transmission structure has a certain understanding and design experience.
